Sedation and hospital dentists serve anxious patients and people with special needs, while TMJ and sleep-apnea dentists make oral appliances for jaw pain and snoring.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gutta on and off for a decade now. I've dealt with pain and paid for most of the work out of pocket, and I'm grateful for the care he's provided. I'm writing this review because I saw negative reviews and wanted to offer some perspective. 90% are Insurance complaints: This is high-quality service, and dental insurance in general isn't generous. If your plan allots $2,000 a year, that's considered a good dental plan β but for mid-five-figure procedures, that's going to take decades to cover at that rate. Dental insurance isn't like medical insurance; if you want top-tier procedures, you're going to pay for a good portion of it yourself. I have no problem contributing to the Doctor's success. He does excellent work, and he's upfront that much of the cost is out of pocket. You pay for it up front. There is no miscommunication of who's paying. This positive review is meant to offer some balance against reviewers blaming the doctor for their own insurance limitations.

Highly recommend Dr. Gutta and his team. From the very beginning, everyone was kind, compassionate and caring. All the staff is very attentive. Everything was explained to me before I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. You have a great team working with you Dr. Gutta. Thank you for all you do. <3

I am on Day 12 after my double jaw surgery (Sleep Apnea) and still recovering, since itβs a pretty invasive procedure. I have been working with Dr. Gutta for more than 2 years leading up to this surgery, and I highly recommend him for any oral or jaw-related procedures. From my experience, Dr. Gutta truly cares about his patients. He gives honest feedback about what is possible and safe, while carefully considering all the factors involved. I really appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and the trust he builds with his patients. I fully trust his opinion and care. He also has a great team of staff members who have been very friendly, supportive, and helpful with all of my questions throughout this process. Even at Day 12, I already feel really great overall with only a little swelling remaining, and Iβm able to drink well and recover comfortably. Iβm very thankful for the care and support Iβve received throughout this journey.

Dr. Gutta and staff were wonderful. My daughter had four extractions done and was very nervous. They walked her through everything step by step and tried to make her feel as comfortable as possible.
